We have a number of pre-booked rooms for the participants of the Vascog 2023 conference, available to book during the conference registration process. Please note that we cannot guarantee that there will be room available during the entire registration period.

Adjusting or cancelling your booking
If you have booked your accommodation through the conference registration portal, cancellations and / or changes must always be made directly to Meetx via email to vascog2023@meetx.se and NOT to the hotel.
Cancellation fees
Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date, booking can be cancelled free of charge.
From 8 to 6 weeks prior to arrival – 50% of room rate is charged.
From 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival – 80% of room rate is charged.
If cancelled from 4 weeks up to the first date of arrival, no refund will be possible.
